Dr. Andrea Ramirez, Founder

Dr. Andrea Reyes Ramirez’s career has spanned across public service, executive search and the non-profit sector. She served in the White House as a Policy Advisor, Director of Hispanic Outreach and Special Assistant to the President. Dr. Ramirez led White House Initiatives based at the U.S. Department of Education including the Center for Faith and Opportunity Initiatives and the White House Initiative for Hispanics in Educational Excellence.

Prior to government service, Dr. Ramirez served as executive director of the Faith and Education Coalition of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (NHCLC). Dr. Ramirez currently serves as a trustee for Dallas Baptist University (DBU), sits on the NHCLC’s Executive Committee and is an Open Education Resources Advisory board member for Texas Education Agency.

Dr. Ramirez holds a PhD in organizational leadership from Regent leadership and earned an MBA in conflict resolution from DBU. Her publications focus on cultural intelligence, acculturation, and authentic leadership.

HI, I'M FABIAN

After speaking professionally for 15 years, I knew I wanted to work with event planners, so I started Five Star Speakers™.

There's only one reason professional athletes turn into coaches...they know what it takes to win. In the same way, as a professional speaker, I'm turning my experience into a full-fledged bureau because I know successful events start with a five-star speaker!

WHY DO I TEACH?

My artistic ability is what helped me to dig deep and discover who I am inside. I can’t imagine where I would be without this medium.

As I looked at the people in my life struggling to find themselves, I realized that my creativity could inspire others to look inside and discover what makes them truly happy too.

Everyone has an artist inside. Some of us just need a little more help bringing that inner artist to life. To me, watching others create something they never thought possible is the best feeling in the world.

There is only one you, and art is a great way to uncover and express who you really want to be deep down.

I believe my paintings not only make the world a better place, but they also shape the people who experience them in beautiful ways. I love that I am able to take it a step further and help other artists find satisfaction in creating their own masterpieces.

I attended Fabian's training and Fabian should've been the keynote speaker, he's that good!
